Riverview High School Club

A metamorphosis...a new mentoring club currently being developed at Riverview High School with two RHS staff advisors, Victoria Hughes and Diane Bassett. Junior students will be selected to participate in a mentoring club for freshman/sophomore students.

Our first meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2010(the day after Katelyn's 24th birthday). Over 60 students have been nominated, suggested and or will be participating in the first informational meeting.

Details including our mission statement , selection criteria, student profiles and events, along with a separate web-page and photos will be forthcoming this spring.

At the suggestion of Diane & Vicki, Bambi's favorite butterfly and her best-friend, Melissa's, Papillon dog, "Bijou", Papillon was mutually agreed upon for the club's name!
